NTPC Limited, India’s largest integrated power company, has a total installed capacity of 76,443 MW. The company is a key player in the power generation sector, actively contributing to the nation’s energy growth. NTPC is currently on a mission to expand its capacity to 130 GW by 2032.

NTPC invites applications for the position of Junior Executive (Biomass) on a fixed-term basis. This position will focus on the management, utilization, and promotion of alternative uses of biomass and waste. The Junior Executive will play a crucial role in raising awareness about biomass among farmers and the general public.

Age Limit:

Upper Age Limit: 27 years

Relaxation:

• 5 years for SC/ST candidates
• 3 years for OBC candidates
• 10 years for PwBD candidates
• Additional relaxation for Ex-Servicemen as per Government rules

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Science from a recognized university/institute.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage biomass resources and promote the use of alternative energy sources.
• Engage with farmers and communities to educate them on the benefits of using biomass.
• Implement strategies to optimize biomass utilization for energy production.

Compensation:

• Consolidated monthly salary: ₹40,000/-
• Additional benefits: Company accommodation/HRA, medical facilities for self, spouse, two children, and dependent parents.

Health Requirements:

Candidates must be medically fit as per NTPC’s health standards. Medical examinations will be conducted at designated NTPC hospitals.

• Online: Pay through Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card.
