UKPSC is inviting applications for Lecturer positions in various subjects under the special subordinate education service. This recruitment is open to both the General and Female branches, aiming to fill teaching positions across several disciplines.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualifications:

• Candidates must have a Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university in India.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is also required.

2. Age Limit:

• Minimum: 21 years
• Maximum: 42 years
• Age Relaxation: Applicable as per Uttarakhand government rules for reserved categories.

Reservation Criteria:

• The reservation will be applicable for SC/ST/OBC/EWS categories as per Uttarakhand government rules.
• 4% reservation will be provided for Persons with Disabilities (PwD).

Selection Process:

1. Screening Test (Objective Type): This test will evaluate the candidate’s subject knowledge.
2. Written Examination (Descriptive): Shortlisted candidates will appear for the main written exam based on the screening test’s results.
3. Document Verification: Final selection will be subject to the verification of the original documents and eligibility criteria.

Application Fees:

• General/OBC/EWS: INR 150
• SC/ST (Uttarakhand Domicile): INR 60
• PwD Candidates: Exempted from fee payment
