The Employment Department of Haryana is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Employment Officer (Vocational Guidance). In this role, you will be responsible for providing vocational guidance to job seekers, assisting in employment services, and ensuring successful job placements.

Number of Vacancies:

The total number of vacancies has increased from 5 to 18, as per a recent corrigendum. The vacancies are categorized as follows:

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualification:

• The educational qualifications of applicants will be determined as of October 21, 2024. Ensure that your qualifications are valid up to this date.

2. Age:

• Age determination will be as of October 21, 2024.

3. Category-specific requirements:

• Economically Weaker Section (EWS): Applicants belonging to this category must submit a valid certificate as per Haryana Govt. instructions issued on February 25, 2019.
• BC-A and BC-B Applicants: Must submit a fresh or latest certificate as per Haryana Government notification issued on March 22, 2022, and July 16, 2024. The certificate should be issued during the financial year 2024-25.

Application Instructions:

• Candidates who have already applied for Advertisement No. 07/2022 do not need to apply again unless there is a need to correct details regarding category or education.
• New applicants must apply online by October 21, 2024, ensuring all required documents, including category certificates, are uploaded.
• Those who belong to BC-A (Creamy Layer) or BC-B (Creamy Layer) will be treated as General Category and must pay a fee of Rs. 1000.
